Paint (In-House) Capability

Hitech Metal Fabrication has a comprehensive powder coat and wet paint system including a high pressure phosphate wash capability. HMF has high capacity dual spray booths and a large 12' x 12' x 12' curing oven.

All first time product builds go through a routine procedure of, what is known as, the HMF Paint Test Process. We produce a paint chip for each batch for destructive testing as follows:

(a) Color compatibility test
(b) Tape adhesion test
(c) Mil paint thickness test
(d) Hardness test
(e) Impact test
(f) Visual cosmetic appearance

Paint manufacturers' MSDS sheets and technical data are reviewed to comply to manufacturers' application standards.

HMF will accommodate special requests and application needs.

Special handling and packaging assure the product is free of marks, scratches and finger prints.
